Singing Bowl 11 cm
Een Singing bowl wordt gebruikt om meditatie en ontspanning te bevorderen. Naast dat ze helpen bij het verlichten van stress, zouden de resonerende geluiden die ze produceren ook andere voordelen hebben. Klankschalen kunnen op verschillende manieren voor meditatie worden gebruikt.
Tijdens het mediteren kun je zachtjes op de zijkanten van de kom tikken om zachte geluiden en trillingen te produceren waarop je je kunt concentreren. Je kunt repetitieve bewegingen in je meditatie opnemen door de hamer langzaam met de klok mee rond de binnenkant van de kom te wrijven.
